The Ministry of Economy and Finance has issued a coin, minted by the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato, dedicated to the extraordinary musical legacy of Giacomo Puccini and which celebrates one of his masterpieces, 'la Turandot'.

The coin, with a face value of EUR 5, is the work of the engraver artist Masini and was produced in a proof version, with coloured elements and a print run of 3,500.
