The Department of the Economy, the new competent structure within the Ministry of Economy and Finance for the exercise of shareholder rights in state-owned companies, publishes the list of directly and indirectly owned companies with corporate bodies expiring in 2024, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force on 31 January of each year.

The campaign for the acquisition of nominations to the corporate bodies will open in the coming weeks and will be announced on this site as well as on the Treasury Portal, through which users can access the CROS application which allows applications to be submitted.
