The Ministry of Economy and Finance announced this afternoon that it has submitted, together with Retelit SpA (a subsidiary of Asterion Industrial Partners SGEIC S.A.), an offer to Telecom Italia SpA to acquire the entire capital of Sparkle.
The competence for participations lies with Directorate II of the Department of Economy.
