The Ministry of Economy and Finance today issued the first three coins, minted by the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato, from the series dedicated to the Zodiac: Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius.

An extraordinary artistic representation of the constellations that illuminate the night sky in a fascinating and mysterious celestial dance, each coin in the series is a masterpiece of numismatics, blending astrological symbolism and graphic art, with colourful elements and finely crafted details. The zodiac fire signs, characterised by passion and energy, are represented and inlaid in every detail, inspiring both collectors and astrology enthusiasts.

The coins, designed by the engraving artists Marta Bonifacio and Antonio Vecchio in a Brilliant Uncirculated finish, are available in two versions, one in silver and the other in bronzital, with a nominal value of 5 euros and a circulation of 4,000 and 6,000 pieces respectively.
