The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) informs that the consultants UBS Europe SE as financial advisor and White & Case Europe LLP as legal advisor have been identified, as provided for by the Dpcm (Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers) for the sale of a stake in Poste Italiane held by the MEF.
