The Ministry of Economy and Finance has announced that it has sent to the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission the agreements included among the corrective measures submitted in relation to the concentration operation that envisages Deutsche Lufthansa entering the capital of ITA Airways, as provided in the European Commission's decision of 3 July 2024. The economic conditions remain unchanged from the previously signed agreement.
